Carilo, the place for Samba projects
Carilo has been chosen as the ideal place for Samba projects: Seabreeze, Seapoint and Seaview.
A truly special place, there is only one entrance into the town of Carilo, which is enveloped in a lush, wooded forest. Nestled against 3,000 meters of beautiful, wide beaches, Carilo is an oasis of tranquility.
It is in the first beach line of Carilo that Seabreeze is under development.
Seabreeze is the new project of SAMBA group. It is located on an oceanfront lot of 26,900 sqft. It has 7 studios, 8 one-bed and 14 two-bed apartments.
Each Seabreeze unit comes fully-equipped and furnished.
The building has hotel services and amenities such as gym, in & out swimming pool, sauna, hydromassage, room service, general building maintenance, individual parking lots, private storage spaces among others.
Seabreeze construction started last September 2008 and from then on works have progressed at a rapid pace. So far, the underground, ground, first, second and third floors have already been built up. The estimated date for conclusion of works is November 2009.
SAMBA is a real estate development company, among its investors are new yorkers Barry Bergman and Matias Bullrich, and locals include Nicolas Hancevic, a prominent developper from Rosario, Argentina.
